PARR holds a monthly business meeting at 7:30pm on the second Tuesday of every month. The meeting is held at the Jewish Community Center of Northern Virginia, located at 8900 Little River Turnpike Fairfax, VA 22031. Please note that PARR has no religious affiliation with the JCC, however we greatly appreciate this organization's generous contribution of their meeting space.

Prospective members may simply "drop in" to PARR's monthly meetings. If you desire additional information prior to attendance, however, then please visit our Contact link and drop us a line.

PARR membership is open to anyone interested in promoting and enjoying motorcycling. PARR does not discriminate against any person on the basis of race, religion, or gender. PARR welcomes riders of motorcycles of all sizes, types, and makes under the following conditions.

Safety comes first with PARR. Riding Rules and Requirements are used on rides. You and your motorcycle must be capable of operating at posted road speeds under varying conditions. Your motorcycle must be in good working order. The operation of your motorcycle's controls should be second nature to you. PARR rides include challenging mountain roads, with "twisties", "sweepers", and hairpin turns and "superslab" when necessary. Although PARR plans rides on safe, surfaced roads, these roads present occasional hazards such as gravel, leaves, dogs, roadkill, debris, and weather-related challenges such as rain and fog. You should be able to ride safely and comfortably under all of these conditions.

To Join PARR:

  1. Complete the PARR Application for Membership and turn it in with a $12.00 application fee. These items can be submitted in person either at a meeting or at your first ride.
  2. Attend two PARR meetings (social meetings count); and
  3. Ride with PARR members on one PARR club outing of sufficient length to assess your motorcycling abilities. You must have a valid motorcycle license and a completed Release, Waiver and Indemnity Agreement. Again, you should review the Riding Rules and Requirements prior to signing the agreement.
